Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are made from abaca (manila hemp) and wood pulp. They are oxygen-whitened without chlorine and are fully compostable, including the string and paper tag.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea boxes. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
