Return Process

  Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your unopened products.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

  Processing and Refund

  After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
